How To Order

At this point we do not have the set up for you to order off the website directly (soon to come) so for placing your order there are two options:

1) You can send us an email to dana@customkingdoms.com with your order. Please be sure to include the product number, the quantity and whether or not you would like them painted

OR

2) You can purchase the houses from our Ebay Store . Be sure to check out our auctions as well

Shipping and Handling

We ship Monday thru Friday.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Most houses ship via USPS Priority Mail, except for our larger structures (i.e. Castles and Manors) that only fit in an oversized box and are shipped USPS Parcel Post to save you money.

Small orders (1- 4 houses) generally ship in 3-5 business days once full payment is received. For larger orders (5+ houses or multiple manors/castles) please contact us for accurate time frames.

Shipping cost is determined by the weight of your order. Shipping charges usually range from $6-$10 for a single house to $15-$25 for multiple houses. Please e-mail us for accurate shipping quotes.
